2007 Courtroom Assignments

Hon. Edward P. Moffat is assigned to hear criminal cases filed at the Main Government Center. This is a direct calendar court and once assigned to a case is assigned for all purposes including law and motion, settlement and trial under Rule 213 of the California Rules of Court. Judge Moffat is also the Presiding Judge of the Appellate Department and in charge of the Grand Jury. He is assigned to Department 1.

Hon. Eric C. Wyatt is assigned criminal cases filed at the Main Government Center. He is assigned to Department 2.
