Local Forms
Completion of certain forms are required to begin or complete a legal procedure. Most of these forms are the same throughout California and can be obtained at any Superior Court or directly from the California Courts website.
Local laws and court practices, however, can be somewhat different from court to court, so several local forms are used in place of the state form in these jurisdictions.
Form Packets:
The most commonly used form packets are now available for printing at home. You may request copies of packets from the processing divisions; however, in most instances, the Court does charge a fee for those packets. View the form packets available.
